Adlai E. Stevenson Historic Home
teller|madsen created permanent indoor and outdoor exhibits about former Illinois Governor, presidential candidate, and statesman Adlai Stevenson for the Lake County Forest Preserve District. Located at Stevenson’s former home near Libertyville, Illinois, the home is now the base of operations for the Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy. This non-profit organization seeks to enhance the global understanding and practice of democracy through public programs, research, international symposia and its website. I was the Founding Executive Director.
