Lincoln in Metamora
Before Abraham Lincoln became president, he worked as a circuit riding lawyer throughout central Illinois. The Metamora courthouse was one of the place where he practiced law. teller|madsen researched and designed this exhibit that explores Lincoln's development as a lawyer and politician, focusing on his courtroom experiences and his sense of humor.
