Portfolio > Wednesday Project

This Wednesday's addition to the on-going Wednesday Project is in honor of today's historic vote in South Africa. I made this photo in Hyde Park, London in 1965. I've often wondered whether any of these speakers went on to become important figures in the development of African political systems, for better or worse. That's the thing about capturing moments--they represent little points in a narrative that progresses without us.
