I spent the summer of 1965 studying archaeology at Oxford and then helping to excavate the Great Eggardune Hillfort a late neolithic hillfort in Dorset County. I worked with Sir George Rybot, F.S.A. who referred to me as "the revolting colonist." This gent was a regular at the local pub.
